Steppingstone mentorship program
Our mission is to help young girls and teenagers, ages twelve to seventeen, become who they are destined to be. We believe that God created every one of us to do something great and to leave our mark on the earth. This Mentorship program will help shine a light on each mentees God given talents, cultivate them and help them grow. We will build up their self-esteem and strengthen their self worth. We will bring our mentees into a “judgment free zone” where they can be un-apologetically comfortable in the skin their in.
A free four week mentorship program designed to create a stepping stone to building strong successful women. We believe the foundation of success requires faith, determination and support. Women on the Wall Mentorship Program aims to be that support and a continuous driving force in the lives of our mentees.
The Pour In Process
Our Pour In Workshop consists of Successful diverse Women sharing their triumphant road to purpose and destiny. They will be given keys and nuggets on how to overcome adversity and excel in their professional and personal life.
Our Future Focus Workshop will get our mentees focused on their future. We will create vision boards that will be thought provoking and focus them on the kind of future they want. It will instill faith in them to know what the future life they visualize can and will come to past.
Identifying the Gift Workshop
Our Identifying the Gift Workshop will help the girls realize the God given gifts they already posses. Once realized, we aim to help them harvest these gifts into ideas for future careers.
Our program will have a focus on sisterhood, an Each one Need One Workshop. We will stress the importance of working together as a team and showing love one to another. We will teach our mentees there is no need for competition or jealousy because everyone is unique and great in their own right.
Your Voice Matters Workshop
Our Your Voice Matters Workshop is designed to let our mentees know we are listening to them. Our mentees will have the opportunity to express themselves and speak about what is on their mind. This portion of the program is to empower the voice of the mentees and encourage them to speak up and speak proudly.
Bronx Community Hall, located at 4101 Whiteplains Road, Bronx NY 10466. Time to be determined. Please note, space is limited and not all applicants will be selected for participation.
