Can You Bless The Lord In The Midst Of Your Trouble

Posted on 9 November, 2015 at 8:25

Psalm 34:1 says I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth. Is this your confession today; and if your answer is yes do you understand the ramifications of the confession? It is extremely easy to bless the Lord when things are good and all is well. We praise God for our jobs and good health, and when our children and family's are fine. It's easy to bless the Lord when we are in our season of abundance, and our cup runneth over.

However what about the times when all hell is breaking loose in your life, and you don't know whether you're coming or going? I'm talking about the times when the enemy comes in like a flood and try's to devour you. How about the times when the one place that you go for peace such as home, is now the one place that you dread going; due to the constant chaos. Will you still bless the Lord when the person who promise to love, honor and cherish you until death do you part, has now renege on that Vow? Will you still have a praise when the child you suffered pain to birth them into this world, and made many sacrifices to raise; is now disrespectful and have the nerve to raise they hand to you.

What about when the issues of life get you down, and you feel absolutely lost? Even better what about when you love someone and give them your all, and they take your heart and crush it as if was nothing? Will you praise the Lord when you loose love ones, and it feels like you heart is literally being ripped out of you?

People of God listen we may have to deal with some of those very issues, however we must realize that no matter what comes our way He is still God. Our circumstances does not negate the fact that God is the Alpha and the Omega and the creator of all things. We must still bless the Lord at all times; that means in our sad and happy times, and in sickness and in health. We may have hard times, however God still deserves our praise because he created us from the dirt of the earth and blew his breath into us and we became a being. Listen God gave His only begotten son to die for us that we may have eternal life, and life more abundantly. That means God made provision for us in this life ( the more abundant life) and the next life (eternal life).

When you sit down and think about it that confession should not be a hard task. We should be able to bless the lord at all times, and His praise should be continually in our mouths. No matter what we're dealing with; no matter how many tears we cry. Understand that when you bless the Lord in the middle of your situation and circumstances, God will come in; in the midst of it all and turn it around for your good. Psalm 18:6 says in my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and even into his ears. ( my God somebody better get that) that when you cry out to God that your voice is not only heard in the temple but in the very ears of God! > > People of God listen no matter what you're going through open your mouth and bless the Lord; and let his praise continually be in your mouth. When it hurts and you feel like you're going to loose your mind cry out to God! Let your voice ring out in his ears; and know that He's coming to your rescue just hold on!

I Love You With The Love Of The Lord
